Terms of Use

These are the rules for using the Keeybod app and this website. We kept them short so you can actually read them.

Last updated: October 27, 2026

In plain words

  • Keeybod is not medical advice. Your provider is.
  • Ask your provider before you record.
  • Your information is yours.
  • You must be 18 or older to have a Keeybod account.
  • Keeybod is free during the pilot.

1. What this covers

Keeybod is made by Keeybod LLC, a company in Florida. These terms cover the Keeybod iPhone app and the keeybod.com website. By using them, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

2. Keeybod is not medical advice

Keeybod helps you remember and understand what was said at your visit. It is not a doctor, and it is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe. Always ask your provider about your health. Never stop a medicine or skip a visit because of something you read in Keeybod.

If you think you are having an emergency, call 911.

3. Who can use Keeybod

You must be 18 or older to have a Keeybod account. A parent or caregiver can keep a child's visits inside their own account.

4. Your account and PIN

Your account lives on your phone. It is protected by a 4-digit PIN, and by Face ID or Touch ID if you turn that on. Keep your PIN private. Anyone who has your phone and your PIN can see your information. If you think someone else knows your PIN, change it in the app.

5. Recording a visit

Ask your provider before you record. Some states, including Florida, require everyone in the room to agree. You are responsible for following the law where you are. Keeybod only records when you tap Record. It never records on its own.

6. Your information is yours

Your recordings, summaries, medicine list, and everything else in Keeybod belong to you. You give Keeybod permission to use them only to make your summary and run the app. Keeybod does not use your recordings or summaries to train AI, and under our agreements, the companies that help us do not either.

7. Summaries can have mistakes

Your summary and medicine list are written by a computer. They can have mistakes. Always check them against what your provider told you. If something looks wrong, ask your provider.

8. What you agree not to do

Do not use Keeybod to break the law or harm anyone. Do not record anyone who has not agreed to be recorded. Do not try to break into the app or copy how it works.

9. Cost

Keeybod is free during the pilot. If we ever charge for anything, we will tell you clearly before you pay.

10. Ending

You can stop using Keeybod at any time by deleting the app from your phone. We may stop your use of Keeybod if you break these rules, or if we have to stop the service for legal or business reasons.

11. The legal part

Keeybod is provided “as is.” We do not promise it will always work, or that it will be free of errors. To the fullest extent the law allows, Keeybod LLC is not responsible for indirect or accidental losses that come from using Keeybod. Our total responsibility for any claim is limited to $100 or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, whichever is greater. These terms follow the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Florida.

12. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you in the app before the change takes effect. Using Keeybod after that means you agree to the new terms.
