A Note From the Founder

I am a family medicine doctor in Florida and a U.S. Marine veteran.

For years I have watched my patients struggle to remember their care. Many can't recall the names of their medicines, how much to take, or how often. Some are not sure how many medicines they take at all.

I spend a big part of every visit sorting out medicine lists. Between visits, patients call and send messages because they forgot what we talked about. Many miss their next steps — the lab test, the specialist visit, the prescription waiting at the pharmacy. Sometimes it takes several visits just to make sure someone is taking the right medicines.

None of this is their fault. Visits are short, the words are hard, and there is a lot to remember.

I built Keeybod to make it easier and safer for patients to understand and remember their care — and to take some of that stress off patients and the people who care for them.
